(March 1, 2018, 10:07 am)This is like no other Gym offers, it offers tough fitness a friendly atmosphere and they pushes you to be a better person everyday. Jeff has a great program for everyone size and age no matter, if you are injured or not. I have a chronic shoulder injury from repetitive motions from work and with all the work out I have been doing with Jeff and staff I can now pull up, chin up and do some cleans, which it was difficult for me to do before. Now I am stronger and I have gained a new friends that is like my family.
