As I looked through all the flowers undecided with my choice; this sweet lady asked me detailed questions about the recipient of the flowers and together we picked the perfect assortment. Her customer service went above excellent when she told me to go to the cashier and pay for the flowers as she puts the arrangement in the vase! Now that’s what you call quality service. He has a soft demeanor and takes his time to thoroughly review all the details with you, which leaves you feeling at ease about whatever the process may be.
