“I had been thinking about updating our family room/media room in suburban Philadelphia for some time and finally elected to move forward. Initially, I got a quote from one company and just went with that to keep it easy; for a variety of reasons the project with them floundered (COVID, manufacturing issues, etc). This gave me the occasion to take a step back, get a number of proposals from different companies and really better define my goals with the project. In total, I got quotes from 4 companies and, far and away, AHT Philadelphia was the best fit for me. They were incredibly professional right from the start. They really studied the space and helped me define my goals without ever trying to up-sell me. They were extremely thoughtful in the solutions they offered and brought their wealth of experience to bear for my project. You could tell they have done projects of all scales but never made me feel like my project wasn’t worth their full energy/time. They developed an incredibly thoughtful solution for ventilation, equipment noise, automation and space by moving a lot of the equipment to a rack under the family room. The quality of their workmanship was impeccable. The rack is a work of art (I think of myself as extremely meticulous and they easily surpassed my expectations!) The equipment works flawlessly in the space and I really can’t say enough how happy I am with the final product. They were always receptive to questions and concerns. They were always readily available. I have no doubt that I will be using AHT Philadelphia again in the near future with other home automation projects. I can’t thank James, Stace and the whole AHT team enough for helping me realize my family/media room vision. Now that I’ve gotten a taste of home automation I have no doubt we’ll be working together soon to automate the rest of the house!”

This was our 6 visit to a dealership because everywhere we went the vehicle was over price or overcharged their fees (I’m talking $4000! Toyota in north Miami) and others simply didn’t have the car we were looking for ... “This is a good neighborhood overall. Although, they can definitely add some stuff to the pool area to make it more entretaining and better. For example, in the back pool, where there is a little island with plants and ducks, they could take that out and add a bar in the pool and some music to make it even better. This would attract a lot of people and it would actually be fire. They could also add 18+ event like fridays for people that wanna go for a night swim and have a good time. Just some ideas.”

“4 stars for "average unload time" on the slow side but didn't let me sit for hours on end which is nice... However to dock here you must bring a magic wand or helicopter... For those struggling at backing look at the floor, youll see black tire marks from recent trailers backing in, just make sure your tires are right on top of those marks when backing in. Not a few inches off... needs to be perfect or you'll strrruuugglleeee.... Good luck... btw if you have a long hood... go home loaded”
