“I was supposed to receive a package and it never arrived. After some calls I was able to contact the local office. The lady who answered was actually very helpful and actually went out of her way to find out where my package was. That same day she contacted me that the package would be available for pickup at the post office. Only complaint is that it sometimes takes forever to get through and most google locations don’t even show the local number.”
