The total cost of repair was going to exceed $1,000. I contacted Excellent services group for a second opinion. Luis responded to my request immediately and scheduled a tech to be at my house ASAP. Juan called me in the morning and I explained to him the issues with my AC. He assured me he could fix any AC, even with one wire. Juan arrived at my home and was very professional and was able to fix all the improper wiring from the prior company and get my AC running. He charged a reasonable fee and explained everything he did with the unit. I feel so very lucky to have found this company. I highly recommend this company.”
