Hidden Grove Apartments in Homestead

I would like to start off by saying that I don’t usually write reviews. I have move in about 3 months ago and I cannot ask for more from the management to the maintenance staff. Ana and Yeneisi had been extremely attentive and continuously monitoring my stay at Hidden Groves, both and the rest of office staff have been genuinely making sure that we are feel home. In addition I would like to add that I had 2 maintenance request which in within 3 minutes, Elaise responded immediately and was very friendly and made sure the problem was fix. Thank you so much Hidden Grove team!!!!

Had an excellent experience at Hidden Grove with Danaisy , she was very patient with me in the application process from beginning to end, as well as very professional when giving me instruction . The move in was quick and smooth. I hope our experience continues to be pleasant!!!

The office staff has very good attention and are very helpful. The apartments are new with everything remodeled and modern inside. The community is very clean and a quiet neighborhood will recommend for anyone looking to rent

I have been living here for many years and I'm very pleased to continue. It's in a convenient location with shopping centers close by, grocery stores, schools, the hospital, post office and most importantly the turnpike. They installed a new playground which was much needed. Each building has a whole parking lot which is nice because many places are limited with parking. The recent renovations have been amazing. Everything was changed. Brand new windows, toilets, tubs, and countertops.
There are a few downsides, the laundry room is very small and sometimes you can't wash clothes because people leave there clothes and forget about it for hours. Although there is a hookup in each apartment the closets are rather small.
There have been issues with roaches but it's decreased a lot because they now do monthly pest control inspections. They also change with AC filter every month as well.
Overall a good place to live!

This is a clean and beautiful apartment. White tile floors, white cabinets, nice appliances, Emmaculate!
Though the application process was arduous, the office staff was corteous and professional to see us through the approval. Olga, especially, went out of her way to help. She is caring and very organized, empathetic and overall just wonderful! I would highly recommend Hidden Grove Apartments in Homestead, Fl.
