“I'm very grateful with the service this office provide through the Program Forever Young. Since January 2018 I'm enjoying the benefits of it. Tuesday and Thursday this office allow a group of adults to exercise. At 10:00 am they offer Chair Aerobics, at 11:00 am they have Zumba. Wednesday they offer Zumba at 12:30pm and Stretching class at 1:30pm. The teacher, Graciela Monte is an outstanding professional that knows what she's doing. If you are 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, or 90 years old, this program is for you. Highly recommended! :)”
