“I stayed with Iremote recovery at the end of September for my BBL with lipo 360, arms and thighs, and I cannot say enough good things about them! Curtis the driver was super great and helpful and always readily available for me. He got me checked into the room and made me feel super comfortable. The night before surgery Luisa called me to go over what to expect, and answered any questions that I had- I don’t even think I had any because she was so informative about what to expect. The room came with all the supplies I could’ve needed! Right after surgery I was obviously in pain and they were able to control my pain the second they got me settled and filled my prescriptions for me- quick (which is hard to do in Miami) I was so grateful for that- because that’s the most important thing right after surgery. Luisa was available for me whenever I needed her, she set goals for me, and made sure I was safe in doing everything. She encouraged me to drink fluids and eat. I loved that they didn’t hover, and gave me my space, but if I needed them they were there for me and constantly checking in on me. I was also blessed to have Anna who was so sweet and was constantly saying “I’m here for whatever you need”. She gave the best massages and didn’t hover but helped with everything. Everyone was so awesome. I never felt rushed to leave, and any questions I needed answered at any time of day were answered. Feeling safe was a big deal for me and they did just that. If I were to have surgery again I’d definitely book with them. Everything was clean and I was very well taken care of. I highly recommend Iremote recovery for all of your post op needs.”
