Bug Off Exterminators was excellent. Gave them a call regarding some ant issue. They returned my call and schedule an appointment. Ken call the morning of the appointment to confirm his arrival. He was knowledgeable and gave advice on how to keep it under control. He removed cob webs and sprayed the outside. Ken was super professional and I would use them again if any issues arise.

This company has been amazing through and through. I called right before Thanksgiving after a leak in my home brought a lot of roaches in. They understood that I was in a time crunch since my family was going to be visiting, and they scheduled my service for the SAME DAY. Even more, their prices were unbeatable. Trust me, I compared with other companies in the area. Although it seemed too good to be true for the price, the service/experience was amazing. The technician was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. They even followed up a week after my service to make sure the problem was taken care of. If I ever need an exterminator again, I will definitely be calling them.

My Condo building hired Bug off Exterminators and I wanted to know if their products were safe for pets (I have a cat ).
The lady on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and very informed of the products, etc.
Then Joe the technician showed up. Neat appearance, very nice personality, great attitude, friendly...
