“Great company. We needed to purchase a used fork lift from a private seller and we used Rush to do the inspection. They did the inspection and were on time and prompt. The inspection was very accurate and repair prices were reasonable. We purchased the forklift and then had Rush Forklift go and pick it up to have it towed to their shop for the repairs. When picking up the machine the seller was late and put me in a very bad position because we had already had it arranged for Rush to pick it up at a certain time. The tow truck driver gratuitously waited over 30 minutes for the seller of the fork lift to arrive and give them access to the warehouse so they could tow the machine. Nothing but professionalism here and very kind and understanding staff. Most companies would have left and charged me either way. They saved the day and helped me through a very stressful situation. Thanks Rush Forklift, you all are the best and I will highly recommend you to anyone!”
