(December 23, 2018, 1:08 pm)We are usually treated decent. If they aren't able to load you at your scheduled time, they tell you straight up. The wait time varies, sometimes were in & out in an hour or so, sometimes we wait hours to get a door. No biggy! It comes with the trade! Overall they are a good group to haul for. The written directions suck! Once NW 67th, just look for the tower!
