“My engagement ring was made from the in-house jeweler, Don. It was beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. So when I found out a good friend of mine was getting engaged, I sent him here. As it was a huge surprise, I helped get all the information to the store. Both Paul and Don were so helpful and really took an interest in making this event as special as it needed to be. Best of all, they made sure that the best deal possible was made. My friend was going to order a ring online and have Don set the diamond. When Don heard, he explained that if he waited a couple of days, he could purchase the gold at a much cheaper price. He did and the cost was cut by almost $500! I brought in a photo of the ring from a very high-end jewelry store and Don was able to create an exact replica within 2 weeks. He also found a great deal on a stunning diamond. My friends and I were both extremely pleased! Not to mention that the watchmaker was able to fix two antique watches that my grandmother had left me that other companies said wasn't cost effective to fix - they tried to charge me $700! Paul charged less than half of that. All of my jewelry and watch repairs now go straight to Klein Jewelers.”

The process done over the phone took around 8 minutes and was an effortless experince. Overall I recommend METRO's service and have not had any issues so far over many years of service.”

However eventually the manager came and found the young man Manny who helped me. The only thing I disliked was the long line to pick it up from the loading dock. We sat for about 30 minutes. They loaded it in my car though without any problems.”

“I originally went to a phone repair store named Dr phone fix in kendall Miami, Florida for a rear cámara and rear glass replacement. This is a quick replacement and it turn out to be a 50 day nightmare. Somehow they damaged another piece of the phone blamed it on the replacement cámara that I had bought online. I never got my money back for this repair which they did not do at all. I basically got threatened by the owner of the store luis saying to pick up my phone cuz he was about to blow up on me. As a customer and retail manager it has been the worst customer service and repair service experience in my entire 42 yrs of existence and i would recommend anyone else to stay away from this phone repair business and establishments. So I called a friend to tell her the issue and referred me to this amazing phone repair store names NBA phone repair in south Miami, Florida. I called the store and spoke to a tech his name is Danny i was extremely amazed with his professionalism, knowledge on phone repair and excellent customer. I arrived at the store 1 hour later after talking to him on the phone and i was immediately greeted by Danny and started to work on my phone right away. He went out of his way to run a free diagnostic on my phone to make sure the phone didn't have any other issues and noticed that NFC wireless charging port had a pink tape like if something was damaged and that caused other charging issues in my phone and other software issues. He also replaced my cámara free of charge because he got in my shoes as a customer and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. We need more people out here in this industry like Danny, he made the process comfortable and a pleasant experience 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company NBA phone repairs and Danny has your technician to fix any of your electronics needs.
