I mistakenly bought a ring of the wrong size for my anniversary and after lots of back and forth (honestly due to confusion on my part), they very kindly worked the ring to the correct size, and extremely quick at that! I highly recommend their services, these guys won’t shy you away even if all you bought was worth $100. Excellent jeweler and customer service.
