She kindly stopped her lunch when I arrived and took care of the business. Extremely knowledgeable, fast , efficient and professional. She performed at the level of a manager , showing also all the interest in the Heath and success of the business and the care of its customers, so much so that I asked her if she was the manager. I have a soft spot for professionalism and when I see some, not that often unfortunately, I must try to reward. Thanks so much Nartha, May be they should really give you a full unit to manage !! “The office staff were polite and professional. I went in for smoke coming from the front end. I needed a condenser and compressor; the price quoted was extremely competitive based on industry standards. Ultimately the shop saved me some money by servicing the condenser instead of replacing it. Some shops might have left that fact out and kept the extra money. Integrity is important to me. “We are usually treated decent. If they aren't able to load you at your scheduled time, they tell you straight up. The wait time varies, sometimes were in & out in an hour or so, sometimes we wait hours to get a door. No biggy! It comes with the trade! Overall they are a good group to haul for. The written directions suck! Once NW 67th, just look for the tower!”

“Recently we moved from MIA to CO and I was surprised how everything went so smoothly. Not a 5 stars because the salesperson told me that 2 relucubes could easily fits my 2 bedrooms and that's was very inaccurate. The cubes are very small. We ended up adding, on the last minute, 1 more cube or we would lose half of our furniture. Also, the movers /helpers are very nice and they tried to "puzzle" my stuff as much as they could. Besides that, very nice overall and would use again.”

“Convenience is the name of this game. The POD was dropped in front of my old house and I was able to take my time to fill it up. Then it was picked up, stored and then delivered to my new property. Plus it was cheaper then to rent a truck, then a storage, then another truck for when I was ready. Not to mention the effort it would take to do all of that.”

We were doing this move 'remotely', as we live in Spain and our local Real-estate agent in Key West was there to supervise. The team were courteous and very proactive throughout the day and were there to assist with questions or problems concerning our packing needs. We had a lot of personal belongings and fragile china, which we understand they were very attentive to ,when packing.
