“When I first reached out to A1A automation it was to Install cameras in our home. We hadd just moved into a new neighborhood and loved the idea of security cameras. We called A1A automation for a quote and it’s been the best thing we’ve done. Besides the amazing costumer service we received they explained to us how everything works how to access the cameras from our homes and smart phones. After the installation we found out they also do interior lighting! How awesome is that! We ended up doing the inside of our kitchen and our living room area. I needed glasses for reading, driving at night. Basically a good progressive lens will suffice. From my first frames Golden/ Woods, to my Latest acquisition, I always take Chris's advise. On Frame Style and lens features. I enjoy the best with all the goodies. Over the past few decades, I purchased about 20 or more Frames and Lens Kits, for myself and spouse as well as High End really cool and Unique Sunglasses. They always take good care of us, fix or adjust same or next day if needed, with nothing more than a smile and a handshake. Now with this Covid 19 hanging over our heads, I was on furlough for 90 days NO pay. They took me and a handful of Managers back, fired the rest and cut my income by over 50%. So for the first time in my life I start feeling like I should shop internet. I new it wasn't a good idea! Definitely not for items like Glasses. I needed Glasses and a lens set up, Wanted the best as I have grown accustom to. At the time of this Yelp and the time of purchase I was financially embarrassed based on my income. However I need what I need and want what I want. I told Chris my Story and he put together a great option for me. Not only do I love and appreciate these Glasses now more than ever, because of the humility that comes from life altering events such as covid 19 and its effect on business and the economy ect. Chris treated me like family! He took care of me and needless to say prior to this event I was a loyal customer, (wavered a bit, but knew to only trust Specs Appeal Optical and there team) Because I new Chris would do the fair thing. So now know matter what happens I will never even consider purchasing my Glasses from anywhere else. I stayed loyal even after shopping internet and now I really know, there is nothing better than dealing with a family owned and operated business that I can trust 100%..If you need anything relating to glasses, contacts, very cool and up to date frame and lens manufactures and styles. “I have been living in this apt for 3 years and im loving it. I am deaf and it met all of my needs that are accessible such as flashing lights for doorbell, phone and main entrance so I know who's there. Its really neat to have full communication for deaf seniors. Many activities for me to join. No more loneliness for me. Please ignore Delores' comment because she didnt live there. She was a caregiver for a sweet guy. For some reason she stopped working for him. He has to go to the hospital. Delores did not return his key and stole his dog. When he returned home he was upset to learn that she wont return his dog till he pays her $1200 for the dog's gum surgery. Delores never ask him if she can do that. He was so depressed that he overdosed. Yes...he died. We, the residents were Devastated! We refused to talk to her. So that's why she rambled about many exaggerated things. Please do come and visit this beautiful apartment.”
