Eden Lakes Park

Park

“This is a small 0.4 mile (1,000-step) neighborhood park where we often take walks on their trail paths and get a good workout! There are several outdoor exercise equipment for your use (sorry forgot to take pictures). There’s a jungle gym and swings for kids in great condition practically new. This is an open green space to get fresh air, one of our favorite parks in the area. There are four party pavilions that you can rent, and use their barbecue grills. There are picnic tables with benches throughout the park, some are shaded. There are several garbage cans throughout the park, please use them help keep our parks clean! The parking lot gets filled quickly on the weekends! Please note no dogs allowed in this park. This park is small, there are no bathrooms. Overall a very nice park, it serves our needs. Please be vigilant while walking on these trails some of the cement is uneven and you can trip and fall.”

Yes, there are 3 CROCS in the park and managed to see one through the team tour (although not super common). Visited after Thanksgiving, the park was still abnormally flooded. Did the team tour. Next time I'll run the trail. Have fun!”

The adult pool also offers a "beach" shallow area which gradually becomes deeper. There is a water slide which was closed during our visit. The facilities were very clean. Small fee to enter the park. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The park also offers a playground. Definitely recommend”

Larry and Penny Thompson Memorial Park and Campground

Park Storage Rv park Lodging

“This RV park and county park was really a gem. The price was terrific (around $33/night) and the facilities were clean and well-kept. The bathroom looks to be new inside. The sites are arranged in pods with the outer sites having the more ideal spots. There is construction on about 5 of the pods but it is separated from the rest of the pods and does not really interfere. There are ample places to ride bikes and walk or jog. Dogs are only allowed in the campground, not the rest of the park. The swimming pool was only open Wednesday-Sunday when we were there in March.”

Tropical Park

Address: 7900 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155, USA

“I love this park! I've been coming to this park since 1995. It's a beautiful park and it is well set up. There are so many things here: Paved paths for walking/running/biking, picnic tables, pavilions, playgrounds, lakes, workout area, kids play area, tennis courts, racket ball courts, basketball courts, This park is well-maintained. I love that this park is dog-friendly because my adventure dogs like to go on outings with us. This park is perfect for outings alone, with your dogs, and/or with your family.”

“This park is very adorable. They have lots of butterfly awareness. It's a very small park and barely anyone comes. It has a trail as well but it's like a jungle so I'm not gonna lie I got a little scared when I got to the middle I didn't know where to go 🥲🥲 so keep that in mind if you wanna go on the trail. This is one of my favorite parks now, it's very peaceful and cute surrounded by nature. Only thing Is that there's no playground so some kids might be bored here.”

Wild Lime Park

Address: 14751 Hammocks Blvd, Miami, FL 33196, USA

Park

“We love that this park has fake Turf and no sand, a canopy on top for shade and wide open space for the kids to run. What I don't like is that the turf needs to be cleaned badly or refine completely! The tire pieces that make up the backing is loose and makes kids feet completely black! And I'm pretty sure it is toxic.”
