SET Body & Beauty has transformed my life. I went in expecting to just lose weight for my wedding, but I wasn't prepared for the mental and emotional roller coaster that came with this process. Their team were BEYOND PATIENT and helped me throughout this journey. They were not only my physical trainers, but also my nutritionists and therapists. I was able to drop 12% of my body fat and lose 18lbs. I got off track after the wedding, but once I was ready to return they welcomed me with open arms and no judgement. Whether it's to maintain your fitness level or transform your body, I highly recommend them if you are looking for any form of motivation (and cheerleaders) in your life.

When I work on a plan with the team of SET Body & Beauty I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. They really hone in on what it is you are trying to achieve and are able to help you every step of the way. When I would feel sore after one of their workouts, I would follow up with a session of cupping therapy and it would help eliminate any inflammation or soreness I had. I highly recommend checking them out for all of your body and beauty needs!!!

My experience with Set Body Beauty was amazing! They were my coaches for personal training, group classes and virtual classes as well. Their staff is just the best, they have the best energy and they are always there to help you, even during quarantine they kept checking on me and helped me to stay in shaped during these times! I highly recommend this company, so worth it!!

Best decision i ever made. These guys changed my life! I had been weight training for a year when i started to plateau and decided to get some help. at first i hired a well known very expensive trainer in the downtown area. After 6 weeks of no results and an impossible diet, i searched elsewhere and found JZ. Less than 2 months later , i had my dream body. I never knew i could look that good! It changed my life! Yiki fit is amazing! I've worked out on my own on several occasions and have never gotten the results I wanted when working with Coach JZ on my own. She's very knowledgeable and can properly teach you how to do everything. If you want better results, go see Coach JZ. She's amazing and very energetic and always uplifts and motivates everyone she works with! Great company with a great trainer!
