“I came from Tampa to Miami Beach to escape for a while and find some relief from the Covid. I was stressed out all these months from no work and unable to do much other than work in the house and speak to family as often as possible. I ended up booking 3 sessions, all 3 times were with different therapists. Erika, Jacob, Rachel. The first one was mostly for anxiety and tension in my back. The second one was more for relaxation to help me sleep and the last one was really therapeutic with lots of stretching and pretty cool techniques in my shoulder blades, hips. This is the best I have felt in a long time. There were certain points on my neck and upper back that must've been unlocked because I no longer have that horrible pain that felt like a knife was just stuck inside. I really feel a lot better, thanks to the team that helped me!! You guys are professional and very nice people with great skills. I will recommend to anyone with anxiety or a lot of pain and stress.”

You recommended an add on which had me glowing! You ladies were all great and I enjoyed every moment I was there from the service to the amenities. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because some features could use upgrades and maintenance.”
