Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Awesome customer service!!! The employees were so nice and welcoming. The man that helped us was friendly and kind and also very funny. Highly recommend this place!!!

We visited Miami Beach to spend our week on the beach and try out new foods, but after the first night we tried Rita's, we just kept coming back. Four nights in a row, and nothing we tried disappointed us. Angelina's customer service, knowledge of the menu, and speed, kept every customer on the move and out the door with a big smile. Every chance we get in the future, we'll be visiting a Rita's, and I'm sure our experience will never quite shape up without Angelina guiding us through our visit. This review is for the 6782 Collins Ave location. Brought the family there last night after dinner and Angelina took care of your two young girls. She was so helpful maneuvering through all the great option and our daughters LOVED her. Really great experience and will be back before our trip ends

Second time in a week I've been here. It's addictive! I tried the traditional lemon at first but then I had to go back and try the key lime. Everyone who works here is just happy and friendly and they let you try samples if you're not sure! I'm just in love. Treat yourself and try this place.

This is some of the best ice cream we’ve had in a while! The employee Angelina was so incredible and patient as we were trying each flavor, absolutely everything about this place was amazing and we will definitely be coming back again. Such quality ice cream and the best prices as well! You will not regret coming here! We had an incredible experience overall. We had the gelati which is the Italian ice with custard, we had the mango flavors and the tropical flavor with lemon and it was so good and refreshing!
