Stretch to Heal

I have been having a lot of neck pain and stiffness after surgery last month. Luis worked magic. I had a lot of knots and tightness. I was a little nervous about the stretching but what an amazing experience. I feel amazing. I highly recommend Stretch to Heal and I will definitely be retuning.

Luis is a superior practitioner. Knows his craft, highly experienced and incredible command of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. He’s an incredible practitioner. Exceptional communicator as well.

Exactly what I needed! Luis provided a lot of stretching and massage techniques that alleviated my lower back, hip, and shoulder pain in one session. He encouraged feedback communication throughout and explained his techniques as he worked (when I asked). He even gave me with some tips to work on at home and incorporate into my fitness routine. His in home studio was very clean and provided a soothing environment. I will be returning to him soon!

Luis is an amazing massage therapist. He knows what he is doing and his stretches and massages relief pain. I am a massage therapist myself and is easy for me to tell the difference between an average massage to an amazing massage and he is one hundred percentage a person you can trust with pain relief and relaxation, his massage and stretches are amazing You won't regret his massage.
