He is very thorough and patient whilst explaining to me the slightest thing (I’m a millennial, I ask a lot of questions). He never hesitates to educate me and make sure I know what is going on at all times with my baby (yes my car is my child, it’s a thing ok) so that I feel comfortable knowing it is under the best care possible. I really recommend Jackwill because they go above and beyond to make you feel like family and welcome always.
