“My experience (for more than a decade 3 BMWs), problems get diagnosed properly (When they say it's something the repair fixes the problem, they don't tell me something else needs to be fixed too). If a repair would be too expensive they will try and offer alternatives, e.g. replace turning headlights with non turning to save over $1000. They are also very nice people.”

“I would highly recommend having your BMW serviced at Mike’s Beemer Shop. I initially considered having the BMW dealership repair my car but felt very uncomfortable after seeing 20+ service reps alternating between customers and noticing a very busy waiting area. I called and received a very fair quote (about 25% less than the dealer), so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in for maintenance, basically an oil change, tune-up, and engine diagnosis. They completed all the necessary work in a very minimal amount of time and kept me informed about the exact services to be performed. I would definitely give this repair shop a excellent rating and recommend (Felipe) them to anyone who likes to have personalized service without the upselling.”

“I called these guys to help me with some tints for my Model 3. The gentleman who answered the phone gave me all the info I needed and helped me make a decision, he offered to take the car the same day and have it done within 5 hours, I told him I wasn't available and offered tomorrow. He quickly made my appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner Hugo and one of his associates Alfonso. From the first interaction these guys made me feel comfortable and were extremely friendly. I let them know what i had decided in regards to the type of tints and asked how long it would be, they told me 5 hours. 3 hours and 30 minutes later i received a text saying my car would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived and they brought my car around and sure enough it was ready and looking amazing! I was again, very impressed by how friendly and professional the team was and will definitely be returning. After 5 days, my tints look awesome, they are very equipped to work on Tesla's and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again and will see you all again!”
