Took my Tidewater for some small warranty issues, the gentleman at warranty listened to all my issues I had, they contacted me every week with a status on my boat, and if I had any other concerns. Once I picked up my boat, they showed me in detail what was done to my boat. I was extremely satisfied. These guys knocked it out of the park.
Had my 18 SeaHunter completely redone Mark and Nico went overboard to make me 100% satisfied.
We didn't spend much time here. But all in all a nice spot to stop by. The further south you head into Florida once your past Miami the nice the people get. Very friendly and helpful. If you haven't been to any of the keys you should definitely put it on your to do list. It's a laid back world with a ton of Floridians living that low key, laid back lifestyle. It's nice to slow down every now and then and enjoy the breeze and some salt water. Marina's are excellent places to rent a boat or to get a pulse on what the season is as far as fishing goes. Head to the keys I promise you won't regret it, just skip hurricane season.
Recently, my wife and I purchased a 30ft Catalina Sailboat that was kept at Manatee Bay Marina. The staff at Manatee have been great to deal with throughout the entire process.
We were so pleased that we have decided to keep our new boat there. Anytime we need a repair done to the boat, whether it be electrical, mechanical, fiberglass etc, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Their prices are very reasonable.
The staff is warm and responsive.
