Ilja was a delight to work with! This was our first time using a travel agent didn’t really know what to expect and Ilja made my dream Italy vacation stress free. From beginning to end everything was perfect ! We toured 3 city’s with ease and had so much fun exploring Italy!!

Ilja and Voyage Blue came through in a big way for us on our trip to Colorado Springs. Booking flights and rental car for us, checking in our flights went smoothly. Where Ilja and her team really shined was when our return flight was delayed for 2 days the morning of scheduled departure. All it took on my end was 1 phone and 1 text and Voyage Blue Travel made sure our flights were secured and got our rental car extended. My very first thought when I heard our flight was cancelled was "Thank goodness we have a travel planner!" No hassle for us and the best part was we got 2 extra 65 degree days with our daughter in Colorado while 20 inches of snow fell at home.

And not only that, but she is virtually on call 24 hours a day to resolve whatever issue may come up for her clients while they are abroad.
