AquaThor Spearfishing

I love diving and spearfishing with AquaThor! We have always had a fantastic time. They have everything we need; perfect locations, amazing guide, and very safe. Best in the Keys!

We had booked a spearfishing trip but unfortunately the weather prevented this from happening. Ryan was more than accommodating and gave us the option of going fishing inshore. We wanted to get on the water so we agree and we're so glad we did. This was a trip with my dad, brother in law and his brother and we all had a blast and caught fish. Ryan and the captain were super knowledgeable of the area and where the fish were. They also fileted the fish for us after the trip. Whether fishing or spearfishing I would recommend Ryan and aquathor spearfishing.

We chartered AquaThor for a half day of snorkeling and sightseeing in early April. Captain Ryan picked us up right from our resort at the agreed upon time. After a brief introduction and safety discussion, we were underway!

The boat was absolutely beautiful and easily accommodated my family of 6. Captain Ryan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, safe. He took the time to explain the different types of fish we might see, and plenty of other info about Florida's ecosystem.

We saw so much out there! My wife mentioned that she'd always wanted to see manatees and was a little bummed about not seeing any towards the end of the charter. Captain Ryan said he knew a marina where there should be some. He took us over there and there were so many of them! This really made our day!

This charter was the highlight of our weeklong trip to the Keys! The price was reasonable and the exprience was first class. Thanks again, Captain!

Went out snorkeling with Rayan yesterday with my two boys. Far exceeded our expectations for the trip. Rayan was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. We got out to the reef and right off we saw a bounty of fish. My boys really wanted to spear a fish and Rayan made that happen. He was super patient with my boys and just all around great guy. By the end of our trip we felt like we had know him forever.
Super great guy, super clean boat, super knowledgeable. If you booked with someone else, cancel it and call Aqua Thor spearfish.

An amazing experience. Ryan was everything you expect from a dive guide and more: not only was he a knowledgeable, safe and capable Diver and spearfisher, he was fantastic at teaching and made an amateur feel very comfortable. Furthermore, this was one of the few charters we went with that were genuinely passionate and happy to be out on the ocean, laughing and joking while having a great time. At the end of the day, despite many missed shots by yours truly, we came home with a bag full of snapper and yellowjacks, and a smile plastered on our faces. If you want to learn and have a great time, go with Aqua Thor.
