Captain Scott was wonderful! We told him what we were looking to do and he created a personalized experience for us! My daughters are 5 and 7 and so naturally as our day went on they were interested in spending more time exploring some of the islands. Captain Scott easily changed course and took us there. We had a great day and hope to go again when we come back to the island.
Two for Two on the sunset cruise with Captain Scott at Amelia Island Charter.
We’ve set sail twice and loved every minute of both trips. Capt. Scott is very knowledgeable and provides great background on many of the local sights you’ll see on your cruise. This trip is great fun for locals and visitors alike!
The catamaran is large, comfortable, and covered!!! I highly recommend it!
We had a great time on the fishing trip with Capt Scott. He knows allot about the Island and gave us a great tour then we got to catching some fish! We also got to see a Submarine going out to sea. It was a wonderful day on the water!
Absolutely fantastic experience with Captain Scott! He was the perfect guide for our group. We had a family sunset cruise on Christmas Day and it was amazing! He read our group perfectly and gave us all sorts of information that was super interesting- from wildlife information to history. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
If 6 stars was an option, we would have used it for the rating! This was one of the most enjoyable fishing charters we have ever taken and a truly great family adventure.
The Captain: Scott is a true professional...not only a great fishing guide, but also a gracious host who gives a really enjoyable and informative tour of the area in the process. He is also great with kids and clearly enjoys showing folks a good time.
The fishing: We booked a 4-hour trip and had a weekend's worth of fun. We caught 4 big bull redfish, 6 sharks and several smaller fish. Plus we saw lots of great wildlife along the way (dolphins, wild horses, etc.).
The boat: It is perfectly suited for a day of fishing, sightseeing, or taking a sunset cocktail cruise...it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of shade an room to more around.
If you are looking for a great time and quality family adventure, this is highly recommended!
