I was in on 04/29/2022. I was getting a price check on some clearance tile from Noel. She we about and beyond to help me price the tile. She escorted me to the cashier to help make sure it was all rung up properly. Then she got someone to help me load it. She even came out to the truck to help load it herself. She climbed up in the truck to stack it and make sure it was secure. All the time she was holding a pleasant conversation and smiling. She really acted like she was enjoying what she was doing!!! Lowes is lucky to have her! It was probably the most fun shopping I've ever had. Thanks Noel, I will definitely look for you on my next trip to Lowes!

Found what I was looking for!! It was in stock. Picked up fertilizer and seeds. When I checked out they let me pick out more seeds for free!! We will eat well this summer!

We would like to give a shout out to Mark Rebscher! We live in Michigan and are vacationing on Amelia Island. We asked for a quote on a Kraftmaid vanity, thinking we could order from here and have it delivered to our home in Michigan. Unfortunately we were told it doesn’t work that way. But nevertheless Mark spent a great deal of time with us and was extremely competent and professional. Thank you so much Mark!

Made a purchase at the outside garden dept. The department was super clean and organized. The employees outside are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The new manager in outside garden has truly turned the department around to its best! I definitely recommend shopping here and asking for Roe, the manager. He's the best!!

The staff was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was given the absolute best price on every item that I bought. I left with several items and they were very patient in assisting me to gather every item that I was looking for. Always a pleasure to walk into Lowe's and spend my hard earned money. Unquestionably my favorite retailer.
