Mr. Landor enacted my business in a proficient manner while being cautious and attentive to the details. His cheerful demeanor should be noted.
Its a pleasure to meet a gentleman in the truest sense.
My usual business at this branch involves drive through or ATM transactions.
In the go-go-go world we live in nowadays. Onee loses real human contact that makes our community better.
Never thought I would be posting about a simple banking transaction but just wanted to shout out Mr. Landor.

I live in West St. Tammany and have been with Capital One about 20 years. I think it's a great bank with great employees. I love the new web site they've upgraded too. Since they closed the branch on hwy 21 I have to go way out of my way to get to another location. 1st they closed the branch in Madisonville. Now hwy 21. The closest to me now is by Wal Mart. I hate the thought that I will now have to find another bank due to distance.
