“I've had few cars repaired of past 25 year all over coast. I'm usually a DIY person but I know my limits and know when I need to take my car to repair shop. Carters auto repair are few and far between. there is not many high quality and honest repair men anymore left out there. I've worked in service industry for 30+ years and this shop is A+ , 5 Star , Premium. I have been all shops in Nassau County and they all want to pick and choose the easy repair work and say it will be 2 to 4 weeks for repairs because they don't want to do the work or give a outlandish Price $$$$$. Great Customer service Old Style. which no longer exist in this fast paced society we live in today. Well worth the money even if you pay a little extra.!!”

“My husband had the south of the border sandwich. He thought it was ok-not the best flavored beef, and the server/kitchen forgot the horseradish sauce and that probably would have made it much more enjoyable. I had the shrimp tacos with mango salsa and they were very good. We split a piece of peanut butter pie which was quite decadent-a light flaky crust, creamy thick pie with yummy whipped cream. I personally don’t like nuts, so beware there are nuts on top of the pie. Sadly, the worst for us was the service. There were two servers, a party of 11, a few patrons at the bar and one other table. I sat on an empty tea the whole meal and my husband never had a chance to ask for the missing sauce. We will be in town a few days, so we may try here again. The food was well underpriced-$36 with tip. The meals came with delicious side salads with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and mixed greens.”

“I was dealing with a previous shop for 2 years and didn't get a lot done to my motorcycle but went to Yulee Brothers and within a week they had my whole bike working. My bike was completely wrecked and all that was good was the engine and frame. They worked with me, very friendly and informative. I won't touch another shop and don't mind riding 30 to 40 minutes out of the way to go back to the shop. Service is beyond amazing. I will say it's stressful knowing you need to get work done on your vehicle but they made it stress free and not once did I have to get upset or anything. I highly recommend this shop definitely with the crew they have working there. Thank you for working with me and helping me during my deployments.”

“Shorebreak did a great job for us-- we had an up-front discussion of the work, and also how we would handle any emergent/unexpected damage that might be uncovered (fortunately that amounted to little). Shorebreak corrected several items pertaining to old or improperly installed flashing, saving us from future headaches. Siding repairs were flawlessly performed and repainted with the exact paint used on the rest of the house exterior. We are extremely pleased with the final product, every shingle is in just the right place, and cosmetically all our neighbors have been very complimentary. In summary, we are very glad to have used such a quality outfit as Shorebreak!”

Had trouble with other repair facilities warranty issues, not I did not buy my mower from there but I wish I had, if I had purchased it there it would I've been ready to go from the beginning. It's about a 70-mile round trip from my home to his repair shop. He picked up and returned my mower under warranty. “We ordered the lunch Scallops Hibachi and the lunch sushi meal with a additional Philly roll. They both came with Miso soup, and his with a salad. Everything was brought to our table in under 10 minutes and was outstanding. We have tried a large selection of sushi houses in various cities and this one is our new favorite. Lunch for 2, with one drink and a water was $24 before tax, and was well worth it.”

But now everything I saw was modestly priced, while still unique. The young lady who attended us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with a kite AND a rubber band launched glider. Having owned a retail business, I can comment that their customer service skills are exemplary. It's a beautiful store with gorgeous clothing and accessories and they have a definite knack for suggesting different items for an ensemble.
