  I met Coach Kameel on a rainy afternoon just before Christmas. "Hi, my GPS has me in a residential neighborhood". "You're in the right place!" he said, with the slight bemusement of someone who has had to explain this many times. I was early and hungry and Kameel directed me to a nearby restaurant while he finished up with another client. Already true to his word, the lunch was great. One bit of advice right away is to come without expectations or an agenda. Not that you can't have an idea about what you want, but bike fitting with a professional like Kameel is one where you need to trust the process. Yes, you'll do a number of assessment routines and sit on the bike for motion capture, but Kameel wants to know who you are and what your aspirations are. The bike is secondary. And this is a good thing. You need a fitter who understands what you want to feel when you're on the bike... and for how long. Fitting for crit or CX racing is different than fits for long days in the saddle. Kameel listens and gets to know you and *then* he fits you and the bike. Even better is that he only does what's necessary. I signed up for the new bike fitting as I am having one made, but in the end, he only had me ride the bike I have now and not the fitting bike. He made adjustments to my cleats and saddle height, made notes for the new builder and basically helped me have 2 bikes that fit me very well. I am looking forward to returning to get the new one adjusted when it's all built. Do yourself a favor whether it's your existing bike or a new one. See Kameel. He will take the time to make sure that your passion for cycling never suffers because you just can't get comfortable on your bike and it will be a fit that matches who you are.

  Prior to being fitted with Coach Kameel my bike rides were cut short because of numbness or cramping. After being properly fitted, my aches and pains went away and I began to fully enjoy Cycling again. I have since been fitted on 3 different bikes and each time leave feeling great on each one. Thank you Kameel!

  After 6 months of nagging cycling related knee pain I approached Coach Kameel on recommendation from a friend. The pain in my knees was causing me to have to dial back my workouts and my fumbling attempts to adjust my bike fit only heightened my pain. I had avoided a “proper bike fit” during my first two years of cycling and all I had to show for the money I saved was poor performance, pain and some miserable rides.
  
  I can tell you now that the experience of a professional bike fit with Coach Kameel was worth every penny. Kameel’s knowledge of cycling and bicycle fitting was evident immediately. This combined with his patience, thoroughness, ability to listen and cutting edge technology resulted in a road bike fit that was both comfortable and aerodynamically aggressive. Within weeks of the fit my knee pain disappeared! My new position and pain free riding enabled me to trek 170 miles across Florida in supreme comfort. I completed the annual cross Florida ride in less than 9 hours. Just under two months later I was able to follow up the epic Cross Florida ride with the Three State Three Mountain Century consisting of over 5,300 feet of climbing. I attribute much of my success in both rides to being pain free thanks to the Motion Fit I received from Coach Kameel.
  
  I was so impressed with the success of my road bike fit that I took the opportunity at the beginning of the triathlon season to have Kameel setup my triathlon bike. In my first race of the season I was able to shave 2 minutes of my bike split from the previous year and came off the bike feeling fresh and ready to attack the run. I know this would not have been possible without the comfortable and powerful position I am able to achieve on my TT bike thanks to Motion Fit and Coach Kameel.
