“Centertown Market is the food court located in the Caribbean Beach Resort. The entire restaurant is very clean, and offers restrooms. Additionally, there’s lots of places to sit. You can either order from the register or go online. The service went and got our food in a timely manner. The food itself is tasty, although the options were generic. However, the Caribbean Omelet had very good flavor, as well as the potatoes that came on the side. Overall, is a good food court in Caribbean Beach Resort.”

“Great parking garage! It is well lit and has a lot of spaces, if you need to go down or up a level it has a staircase or elevators. I like the light system that tells you if a parking spot is open. If you look down a row and see a green light there is a spot open, if it is red there is no open parking spots. It also tells you at the end of each row how many parking spots are open in that row. By far the best parking lot system I have seen and not to mention it is free!”

“This is where you go to get those Mickey ears/hat embroidered. I got 4 ears embroidered for only 3.99 each hat. There was no one ahead of me when I went so it was only a 20 minute wait for my hats to be finished. Definitely will be a keepsake souvenir for my boys for years to come.”

“Our first time here and we had the most perfect waitress, Lexi. She was so kind and helpful when it came to helping me choose which food to order. Please ask for her if you come here. She even put my food in my to-go box for me. The food was really good. I recommend ordering the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer. Make sure you put some lime on it, it’s so delicious! I heard a lot of hype about this restaurant and so I finally decided to give it a try for lunch. It turns out, I made a really good decision! I ordered some food that I normally wouldn’t try and it was awesome!”

“Excellent location, excellent ambiance, excellent service, mediocre food. We sat on the patio on a Saturday night and it was so good. Directly across from House of Blues, we enjoyed the live music and we enjoyed people watching. Inside, it was a pretty generic sports bar feel, but sitting outside was pretty unique. Our server was very friendly and efficient. The food was fairly pricy for what we got, but that is to be expected at a place like Disney Springs. The beer selection was exceptional and the first place we'd been in Florida where we had some truly authentic craft brews. We started with chicken bites, and they were very small both in individual size and overall portion size. We all had burgers and they were okay. My Scorpion burger wasn't very spicy at all and had a bit of a sweet sauce that in my opinion kind of cancelled out any spice that was present. I ordered a salad with my burger and it was nothing more than a few tablespoons of shredded lettuce. Our two teenagers rated the fries as pretty sub-par. A bit soggy and under seasoned.”

“I went with my family on Tuesday 04/19/22 and we had an amazing experience. We were confused with the parking but a quick call and we were directed inside. We got Juan as our chef and he was amazing. My son has a shellfish allergy and he took care of us and the other family seated with us while making sure he cooked the shellfish at the end. My family is a big saucy family and he kept an eye out for our empty ginger containers and filled it with a smile. I will definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically moving forward.”

“Walt Disney World is absolutely huge and you definitely need 2 days to see 👀 everything (literally) there. Coming from California when I was younger my parents took us kids there and we stayed in a motel for 3 nights. There's shows w/ the animals, there's tons of rides, lots of places to eat, and so so many different things to do. The 2 day pass we had was totally tubular, like I said, " you need at least 2 days to see 👀 everything " what a super Magical week we had. I miss it. “A big, 3000 spot garage with EVSE (EV charging) on the third level. However, the entire garage is reserved ... FOR DISNEY CAST ONLY!! You can park there for free, but you'll need a cast I.D. to enter Disney Springs. Guests should past the Grapefruit and make a U-turn. Then park in the Orange or Lime garages, or the surface parking which will give you free access to shop and dine. All parking in Disney Springs is free. The entrance to the Grapefruit garage is immediately past the Speedway gas station.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Old Key West Resort at Walt Disney World. I was in a deluxe studio with 2 queen beds. Pros of my stay: beautiful resort, large room with kitchenette, balcony and everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Cons of my stay: transportation, small TV, lack of storage I would gladly stay at Old Key West Resort again if I could guarantee that I could get a room close to the Hospitality House. The extra time making stops all throughout the resort on the bus can add an extra 20-30 minutes travel time to the parks. The refurbished value resorts have huge TVs and the TV in our deluxe studio was very small. Also, this room can accommodate 4 people but there is definitely not enough for 4 people. I loved having a large room with a balcony. The service and food at Olivia's was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

He immediately told the manager and the manager came out and suggested a better way to cook my food. That was awesome. I'm going back to Texas tomorrow, but I recommend that restaurant to anyone. “Beautiful decor in this new Disney restaurant. The view is fabulous and the food delightful. Orange-infused grouper was outstanding, I was tempted to lick the plate. My husband enjoyed tapas only, octopus and chorizo. We shared a lovely pan (bread) with a tomato spread. The menu includes a large selection of Spanish wines, many by the glass. The white recommended by our server to go with the grouper was fabulous. The prices are high but not unreasonable. In all, a wonderful dinner!”

“The park is good, easy to find your way around. Toy Story Land and Star Wars areas have been carefully made into life size. Now, Disney should coordinate better the content of the stores, like for Star Wars, they should have better items for sale, like more customs, missing the one for Han Solo, and the one for the bounty hunter should be better, it looks like a pajama with things glued on to it. If Disney would focus on what people want, they would generate more sales. Same with the Toy Story Land Stores, is not filling the store with just items, is getting the right items, the items that people will like, love and buy. I'm not saying that there are good things, just that it can be improved, for the benefit of the consumer and for the benefit of Disney.”

Benches around pad to sit but they are all out in the sun so bring your own chair for those really hot days so you can move under a tree. There is a covered picnic shelter adjacent to the splash pad also. There are a few small playground areas that are usually in good repair.”
