I have been coming to this box for more than a year now. Juan is just amazing! We're like family here. CrossFit can be intimidating but give it a try and you will fall in love. Juan makes sure you can do all the movements safely. WOD can be difficult but will push you to be better. Great place to CrossFit

I've been working out here for several months and I give this box 5 stars. Staff and members have all been friendly and welcoming. Even though the workouts are challenging, they're fun because you're constantly learning new movements, strengthening your weaknesses and tracking your improvement, all while becoming a better athlete all around. The wide variety of available class times was a major selling points for me. Juan and staff are all excellent coaches and motivators. The members range in age and athletic ability but we all get in a great workout each day because the workouts can be tailored to your level of fitness. It's been a rewarding experience.
Juan has a excellent focus on technique. He focuses on the basics prior to adding weight. The end result is the ability to lift more because technique is effective.
Highly recommend!
