“Came in to get my battery recharged. My battery was smoking by the time I got there. The staff was great. One of which helped me in the rain to remove the battery terminals so I could go elsewhere to get a new battery. Ended up buying a new one from them after all. The gentleman who put my new battery in has been working with the company for over 20 years. I was told by a mechanic the previous day that my alternator was going out. Once auto zone installed my new battery they checked my alternator. My alternator passed and it was my battery the whole time. I was at this location for 2 hours. They were very patient with me and helpful even though I was an emotional wreck. Thank you, to this staff again, for all your help.”
