Converse Store

Outstanding, clean & friendly, helpful staff.
I had purchased items online for Christmas and was very disappointed with the online customer service. This "in person" store was immediately helpful with my return questions via phone. I walked in, was greeted in a very kind manner, went straight to the counter to make my return and pick-up my new item that they held for me (at no charge, no deposit, just gave them my name) and man it was sooooooo much easier than dealing with the online store!
The selections were amazing! Again, very clean, neat and organized store. The staff were so nice and friendly.

Much better experience and bigger than the other one in Orlando. Staff left me alone but also knew when I needed a question, I love that it really enhanced my shopping experience. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes and was able to comfortably try them on with seating everywhere. 10/10

The staff was nice. The store was clean. It would have gotten 5 stars but the location is extremely inconvenient.
