This "in person" store was immediately helpful with my return questions via phone. I walked in, was greeted in a very kind manner, went straight to the counter to make my return and pick-up my new item that they held for me (at no charge, no deposit, just gave them my name) and man it was sooooooo much easier than dealing with the online store! The young lady name Tina was so helpful and she was so helpful I went to get one pair of shoes for my so. I then got my son a champ pair of slides then I got myself a pair of shoes. I end up buying 3 pair of shoes two pair of Adidas and one pair of slides. Ms.Tina was right the shoes are very comfortable and she held me such good conversation about the difference types of shoes I would definitely go back. “Stopped in the store yesterday, my first in store retail visit. The store was immaculate. Joshua explained the cleaning process so my son could try on glasses. They have a very good plan in place and watched him move items to be cleaned as needed. As a mom safety was my first concern. I was not at all worried to be there. We also bought clothes. We had to take a couple things back today for size exchanges and got to see Ty executing the cleanliness/safety policy. Both Joshua and Ty were super helpful and were perfect examples of how stores truly are safe to shop in again! Thank you, Joshua, Ty, and Oakley!!”
