“It's dark and gloomy in here, still, but I will say that Home Depot has gotten a lot better with staffing and customer service! I use to have to search aisles and aisles to find help. Big improvement. The additional self check out lanes that were installed a while back, are a plus for this location since it's always busy. This location has a good stock of plants and herbs to spruce up your garden or curb appeal. We went for fencing, which has doubled in price. While we see this being a trend all over, we chose to build our own fence from scratch. HD has competitive prices for those materials.”

“The location at Waterford Lakes is ALWAYS super busy, but it is so convenient for us. The reps are usually friendly and eager to help, if and when you can manage to find one available. Geek Squad help is good too, but also super busy. (Last time I was there, I was told that they are no longer a Samsung authorized repair center - only Apple - which is not good for me & my family.). Selection is usually great too, and of they don't have what I am looking for, they usually can find a solid replacement or another local Best Buy that does.”

The lady was helpful in telling me what she likes, whats popular, etc without being too pushy but also very knowledgable. I told her what I can and can't take (caffeine, whey blands, etc) and she understood without being judgemental and again pushy (i hate pushy people). She was very personable as well. “I’ve lived on and off Alafaya for six years, making this particular Walgreens a frequent stopping place, for munchies, toiletries, and currently my prescriptions! The Pharmacist Tracy is such a dedicated and hard working pharmacist, this was my first year having insurance and it was locslized by my mother's address's because I a college student moving every year has led me to not change my mailing address/driver license because if need be that's my home. Reason for all that my insurance company wanted me to to lake Mary to fill my prescriptions and somehow she made it work, she expressed being on the phone with them for over and hour to resolve my issue. When she sees me approach the pharmacy dept she grabs my script knowing me by name ready to check me out. I started a new medication and whether this is her or store policy (either way awesome) calling me a few days later to see how I was adjusting, I really couldn’t believe it. I will be coming to this Walgreens as long as they keep her as pharmacist.”
