“You should read the letter he wrote to my HOA to believe it!! Just beautiful/ powerful/ wow... I have been fighting with HOA (Managed by one bulk owner, multi billion dollar company) for 3 years now, just to make them do the right thing, and they ignored me, filing a complaint to the state of Florida did not work. I finally decided to spend some money and hire an attorney, I live in Gainesville 2 hours away and just spoke to David over the phone. He studied my case and wrote such a letter to HOA that I received a phone call from them begging to negotiate, They ended up paying my legal fees plus a $5000 damages just for me to drop the case, and made promise to fix the issue for future, Out of goodness for the community I accepted the offer and we are watching them now, Otherwise David was willing to go ahead and educate them on our rights,”
