When I visited the office, I was greeted by this very nice gentleman named Luis and he gave me excellent service. He explained everything in detail and was very polite with me. He even went as far as walking me to the unit and helping me look for a cart to carry my things. Overall it was a five-star experience, the most excellent service I have ever received at a storage location.”
