“I needed my formal dress hemmed. Sean took one look at it and told me it required a certain machine to hem my dress and that he didn’t have this machine. He spent a good 20 min with me giving me options of who I could contact that may have this machine and the importance of making sure they use this machine for the hem line. He had excellent customer service and speaks English very well. His work space is in his garage at his home residence. It is very clean and professional.
