  My wife and I decided in 2021 to buy investment property in Orlando and friend of ours recommended Sofia and her team. Since we live in Canada we needed someone reliable in Orlando, and I can say we were more than lucky that we found Sofia. From our initial e-mail to finalizing the purchase Sofia was more than helpful and proactive. She was always available, even after hours and on the weekends. She answered so many questions and clarified all the doubts we had. Even more, she visited all properties that we were interested in and provided photos, videos and personal review of each condo which was really essential for us at the time. When we decided to go ahead with the offer she followed through the complete procedure. Once the condo was in our possession we asked her to help us renovate it before we could find a tenant. I can only say her service was 10/10. She found and organized local contractors, with competitive prices and fast turnaround. Once the condo was renovated she found a tenant for us as well. If you need a real-estate agent, property management services or both, we can highly recommend Sofia and her team.   Sofia was absolutely amazing. We rented a property for over three years and she was always available and very professional. I highly recommend her.

  Sofía is a great agent. I contacted her after having many problems with a property I had purchased. She was supportive and proffesional. In a matter of two weeks I had solved many issues. She has an excellent team and always looks to work with the best! She has experience and she gave me good advice at the right time. For example, there was a moment that I wanted to sale and she told me to wait a little longer because the market would go up! I followed her recommendation and in less than a year my property went 30% up of what it was, and then I sold it getting an important profit! Nowadays, I am still on touch with her and she is always available, she answers my phone calls really quick and I can count on her. I am looking forward to making more business with Sofia in the near future! I would highly recommend her! Thank you Sofia for being thorough and neat!
