It was great to have a team and I mean TEAM that was truly there for what you wanted and needed for your family and not out for their own. They had so much knowledge and other facts about the neighborhood, including traffic patterns during different times of the day and how the proximity of certain schools would affect our drives. When we finally found a home, there were some things in the inspections that needed specialists to come out and verify and rectify. We were unable to make both of those important visits but here comes Tracy and Shane to the rescue, making it part of their business to be there on our behalf.
