They had this fascinating door seal that allowed their hoses to come through without having my door wide open. They also put caution cones up and protected the wood trim before bringing their hoses inside. Other carpet cleaners that I’ve used before never took the time of day to protect my home like they did and I was thoroughly impressed. My carpets cleaned up so well, better than I expected actually.
