The tellers really are super nice, and if they don't know the answer they go above and beyond and find it for you. Recently had some international guests who needed forex services and the Tellers did their best to help & come up with alternative solutions. Even though some of it was in Travelers checks, and literally no one takes Travelers Checks anymore! Thank you! (Oh! I always go inside, have never used the drive through)”

When the pandemic hit there was a little loss of customer service I did start banking at the smiths branch because this branch was closed on weekends. But I have come back because the smith branch closed. Which I was sad to see go. But I do get good customer service here and that's because of Wanda”
