“Thank you to the wonderful staff here! I went in with my son who is 23 and was having difficulty breathing due to horrible cough and congestion. He is scared to death of needles and hates going to the hospital! I am a nurse but didn't make that known. Everyone was kind, caring and very informative. Bedside manner is super important to me and they get a ????. I wish I could remember their names. The nurse had a wonderful sense of humor and made my son laugh and feel as comfortable as possible. Respiratory tech was great as well! He explained everything better than any tech I have ever came in contact with. We were in and out in under 3 hours. No wait at all! Thank you for a great experience! My son was feeling better by the next day. ????”
