Convenient location and visible for most drivers in the area. The drive through teller service was replaced with drive through ATM during COVID. Usually limited staff and be ready to stand in line for a bit. Helpful and polite staff”

“This is a local bank that offers the advantages that only a local bank can. The staff cares and will recognize you by sight. The staff is concerned with the community and the local customers, as they are not beholden to some predatory mega-corporate culture that you may find in national chain banks. Rather than maximize their profits at the expense of their clients, this bank will go out of their way to ensure that their customers are well protected. In my experience, they are willing to go so far as to call you before processing a valid debit against your account if that debit would result in insufficient funds being available. It is because of this bank that my rare moments of carelessness have not resulted in my mortgage payment being denied. Having someone call and request that I make a deposit as soon as I return from an out of state trip, whilst they cover my mortgage payment even though there was insufficient funds at the time is all I need to know that this bank is not without morals. It is also pleasant to be called, almost immediately, when fraudulent charges are suspected. I have been saved after having my payment cards skimmed at gas pumps multiple times. As they say, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," and if you have ever had to deal with fraudulent charges after they have posted, you will certainly appreciate Citizen's bank's methods of resolving fraudulent charges before they post.”

“If you're not upset and willing to listen the tellers are extremely helpful and you'll be in and out, rather quickly, unless you want something unreasonable, I usually don't leave reviews but after reading the long winded BS I had to leave my opinion, you could complain about charges and fees but contracts should be read, Wells Fargo is not any better, that's all I have to say TY for reading this, I hope it helped”
