The agents at the airport were border-line rude and blew me off (I made a 2nd trip there). My son spotted the AVIS sign at this hotel and I went and spoke to them. The agents at this location took ownership of the issue and got me the correct car. I really appreciate their attitude and effort!”

Taking the parking shuttle is the only issue. However, if they were setup next to enterprise and hertz, none of us would be renting a new Audi for $59 a day therefore it’s justifiable. I have been renting from this location for the last few months on the weekends for traveling to football games and I get great customer service each and every time. Jonathan and Chris are very helpful and friendly to the point they make you feel like a well appreciated customer. They always great me by name when I come in, ask how was the service, how my son's football game went and I've even gotten a call once during the time I had a vehicle asking how things were going. The other staff at this location during the last few months were great also I just can't remember their names right off the top of my head. The biggest plus is every now and then I was given a free upgrade into some really nice vehicles just this past weekend a very nice Cadillac truck. It was great because not only was it for travel for football it was my Birthday weekend so I rode in style with a smile on my face. 5 stars for this location ????”
