The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of some paperwork issues and confusion which led to taking a little bit longer for me to get my title and tags. Most of this was not on them, just paperwork issues between the title and dmv. That being said, they deal primarily with Semis and large trucks, and I don't believe they usually deal in small consumer cars, which lended to the confusion....other than that small hiccup I am very satisfied with my purchase , as well as their willingness to work with me during the documentation process. I needed to have the alternator replaced and my car had already been towed home. I called and found out how much an alternator would be at the store so when I called Adam's business and he quoted me a price I knew immediately that he was being fair. He confirmed the appointment, and was upfront and honest in his pricing. “My white 2014 Honda Pilot has nearly 140K miles on it. A few months ago, the paint on the roof started to peel up a bit. I then made the mistake of taking it through an automated car wash, which pulled off the paint in two areas approx 3-4 square inches each just above the windshield. I know it typically takes 3 days to get painting done on a vehicle, and I didn't know when I could be without my Pilot for three days. I recently had a family trip to Boston planned where I would be away for five days, flying out of MCO. So, I found this MAACO location and got setup to get the roof painted while I was away. Pedro was very helpful with the sign-in process, and the vehicle was ready for me, as promised, when I returned to MCO today. I would not say that the work was 'factory perfect' as seen in the photo, but definitely good enough and fairly priced -- it is dramatically better than it was when I brought it in. Thank you, MAACO! “Andy arrived at my vehicle about 10 minutes after contacting him and did road side service for a Ram 3500 diesel. he quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and had a repair in minutes. he also did a jump start to my dead battery. while battery was charging he identified a couple other smaller items which needed repair and did those.
