“I was traveling with my family in Orlando. One morning, I woke up and noticed a flood of green fluid under my car and assumed my car had a problem. Based on reviews, I took my car to C&G. I told them what happened and they quickly took my car into the shop to inspect it. After about 30 minutes, they came back and told me there was nothing to do about. Apparently the leak was from a car parked near mine. He told me my car could use an engine flush, but it could wait until I got home. “I was so impressed with Nate at this place. He went above and beyond. I had recently had my entire interior shampooed before I moved from Missouri to Florida within the year.... well somehow on the move, a container of deodorant ended up spilling a little on one of the car seats. There was a medium sized white spot. When I first went through Sparkling Image, they said they would have to charge me the entire amount to redo all my seats because they couldn’t break it down by seat. I said I couldn’t afford to do that so I just bought the basic option. Well, at the end, Nate pulled up with my car and said...”hold on a sec”. He then came back with an all purpose cleaner and he got the spot out for me free of charge. He definitely made my day. He said something about he wanted every customer to walk away happy. He truly demonstrated customer service, and I will be back for sure. I hope this review gets to him somehow!”
