I was also quite a nuisance to this shop as I missed an appointment and even after the door handle was fixed, I ended up not having the other repairs done here. But I was still treated courteously and professionally. I'll be honest, I wonder if some of these other shops with high ratings around here are getting their employees to write themselves fake reviews.”

Will not be returning to this location. **Update: I initially planned to never return, but James was very helpful. He worked up front but knew I was very pressed for time and went in and helped my mechanic. I really appreciated him going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning because of James.
