From the moment I called Becca I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I received superb service. Mr. Johnson himself came to my house, assessed the problem and repaired the roof. Using the Johnson Building Group to replace our roof was the best decision we could have made. From the moment I spoke with Rebecca to set up the consultation, to the moment Scott ,the owner, showed up and we had a great talk, to then have his workers show up on time and work nonstop throughout the day with no issues, was mind blowing. After calling a few roofers to request estimates for a reroof, one of the companies I called was Johnson Building Group. I spoke with Rebecca the office manager. She was the only person out of 4 people that I had spoken with from other companies that explained the process of a reroof to me. After meeting a few sales people from other companies, I finally met Mr. Scott Johnson, owner of JBG. He accessed my roof, explained the process and didn't try to up sell some special 50 year guaranteed shingles. He wrote down the estimate on a piece of paper and told me I would receive it in more detail via email. I received the email that same day and it was for the same amount he quoted. I asked for insurance and license information which Rebecca immediately emailed. As I was speaking with an acquaintance, I showed her JBG's business card. She immediately told me that some time ago she needed a tile roof. She explained the situation and goes on to say that Mr. Scott was a man of integrity, does quality work and was very well versed in her neighborhood. I thought wow, how awesome is that! I emailed Rebecca to accept the proposal. She responded promptly with a commencement date. In less than a week, the supplies were being delivered and the crew had arrived. The crew was careful and respectful of the property. There was even a younger guy that moved my hammock to make sure no debris would fall on it. When the roof was finished, he put it back in its place. Thank you young man! The roof was done in one day and passed inspection. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Scott Johnson with Johnson Building Group. They are the real deal. Honest, reasonable, quality work, and great communication.

I am completely satisfied with Mr Johnson's company's work. Everything from estimate to completion was done in a highly professional, ON TIME, manner. Mr Johnson came out to do the estimate, walked the property and the roof. He is professional and a real people person. He explained every step of what he would do and what to expect. And it worked out perfectly according to his plan. His secretary, Rebecca, even filed the architectural HOA form, which can be a hassle for us mere mortals! And not only was the estimate VERY reasonable, he did not go over it with hidden costs or surprises. He has been in business 20+ years. I can understand why.
